Reservation Process
- All reservations must be made in writing via email or fax at least 30 days prior to the arrival date.
- Any special dietary requirements should be communicated to our reservations department within the stipulated timeframe.
Liability Disclaimer
- We are not liable for changes, delays, or omissions during the tour due to technical difficulties, weather conditions, or events beyond our control.
- We do not accept liability for tour cancellation due to personal circumstances such as illness or vehicle-related issues.
- Guests are responsible for bringing necessary camping equipment and ensuring they use the correct vehicles for accessing our campsites.
Facilities and Campsite Rules
- Our campsites offer facilities including fireplaces, water standpipes, and communal ablution facilities.
- Each campsite accommodates a maximum of 8 guests and 3 vehicles.
- Check-in time is 12:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur charges.
- Guests who do not arrive by 7:00 PM will be charged the total amount of the reservation.
Booking Payments
- A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking. Full payment must be made 2 months prior to arrival.
- Provisional bookings will be held for 7 days, after which they may be released.
- Block bookings require a 50% deposit, with full payment due for bookings made within 30 days or less.
- VAT is applicable to all invoices, and payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, Mobipaid, or credit card (with a 3.5% surcharge).
- Proof of payment must be sent immediately after payment for confirmation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to the following penalties:
- 60-40 days prior to arrival: 30% of total reservation value
- 39-30 days prior to arrival: 50% of total reservation value
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: 100% of total reservation value
- We do not allow postponement of reservations to another year.
